Memorial Day Office Closure Notice
Idaho Health and Hormones will be closed in observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 25th, and will reopen on Tuesday, May 26th during normal business hours.
To help ensure uninterrupted care, we encourage patients to request any needed refills, schedule appointments, or complete lab work ahead of the holiday weekend.
