Moving forward, please direct all portal messages to “Any Provider” within the patient portal. These messages are routed through your provider’s capable and highly trained support staff, who work closely with your care team to ensure your questions, concerns, and requests are addressed appropriately.
Our team will review each message and, when necessary, route it to the appropriate provider or staff member to help ensure you continue receiving the highest quality care and support.
In alignment with our communication policy, please allow 24–48 business hours for portal message responses.
